From the founders

In our prior roles working in finance and Big Law, we saw firsthand the substantial monetary and opportunity costs that routine legal work can impose on companies.

You can hire a traditional law firm, but that comes with a high price tag and the firm will likely staff generalist, junior-level attorneys to do the work. Alternatively, in-house resources can be utilized, but that usually creates inefficiencies because the time-consuming, repetitive legal work continually pulls people's focus away from the more complex aspects of their jobs.

We quickly realized that by combining a unique labor model with best-in-class technology, we could streamline companies' routine legal document processes, boosting their operational efficiencies, saving them time, and dramatically reducing their legal services costs.
